Most common computer problems have a quick, simple fix. We come to you, diagnose and fix those problems fast, saving you money and time. You don't have to unplug everything and cart it off to a computer superstore and you won't need to worry about who might look through your personal documents and photos.

We can visit at a time that suits you, including evenings and weekends. By coming to you we can see your machine in its home environment, you can easily demonstrate what the problem is and we can see what else might be affecting it (printers, cables, wireless networks and so forth). This is a much more personal service than you'll get from a big company, particularly one which tries do everything over the phone or by remote connection.

We do not charge a call-out fee or mileage rate. Our charges are based upon a reasonable hourly rate and we will agree a price with you before starting work. If something needs replacing we'll advise you of the cost and ask if you want to proceed.

We pride ourselves on not baffling our customers with technical language ("geek-speak"). We only use friendly, plain English, just like you!

Help and advice which saves money

Do you want a new computer but aren't sure which to buy or how much you should pay? Desktop, laptop, Windows or Mac?

We can advise on what sort of machine will best suit your needs and your pocket and can help you through the buying process. For this we charge a fixed fee which is guaranteed to be less than the savings you make.

It's simple - if we can't save you money we won't charge you a penny!

Maybe your computer is working fine but you want to know how to get more out of it. We can help you better set up and use your PC, Mac, printer, mobile phone or wireless connection and show you how to make them work together. Here are some examples of common tasks:

  • Connect a camera, download the pictures/movies and share them
  • Share a printer so that a laptop can print to it wirelessly

Are you happy with the basics but want to know how to use the internet to stay in touch with friends and family, buy and sell or listen to music? We can show you how to safely share your photos and movies, use Facebook, eBay or Twitter.

Concerned about your children accessing the internet? We offer a solution which can restrict access to certain categories of sites or simply report when they have been visited. For this to be effective it must work on mobile devices such as netbooks, iPads and smartphones in addition to your family PC - our solution covers them all.
